Yes, floor plans and bedroom setups are assigned first come, first served — the earlier you sign your lease, the more options you'll have to choose from.
No problem — if you don't have a roommate, we'll match you with one.
Apartments may have no more than three guests at one time. Guests may stay up to two consecutive nights, or more than four days total in a given month, and must be accompanied by a resident at all times.
Move-In and Move-Out
Bring a valid ID, make sure your balance is paid in full on your RentAll account, and complete your move-in checklist on the resident portal.
Place your keys in a labeled envelope and put them in the drop box (if after hours) or hand them to staff. Be sure your refund account is set up in the portal so you can receive your security deposit — go to Payments > Wallet > Refund Account to add it.
Yes, you can move out early, but you'll remain financially responsible for rent through the end of your lease term. If you have roommates, make sure to lock your bedroom door after you move out.
