Yes! Private bedrooms are available at Maywood, giving you your own space even when sharing a unit.

Applying to Maywood is easy! You can complete the entire process online through our website.

Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual tours of Maywood before you sign a lease, so you can see the apartments and amenities firsthand.

Yes, a guarantor is required to apply. If you don't have one, no worries — you can opt into Homebody insurance during the application process as an alternative.

Your monthly rent at Maywood includes WiFi and trash removal!

Yes! You and your friends can sign a lease at Maywood and be paired together in the same unit. Pairings and preferences aren't guaranteed and are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend applying early to help secure your preferred group and setup.

Floor plans and bedroom setups are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis — the earlier you sign your lease, the more options you'll have to choose from!

No problem — if you don't have a roommate, we'll match you with one.

Apartments may have no more than three guests at one time. Guests may stay up to two consecutive nights, or no more than four days total in a given month, and must be accompanied by a resident at all times.

Before moving into Maywood, make sure to bring a valid photo ID, have your account balance paid in full, and complete your move-in checklist — all available through your ResidentPortal.

When moving out of Maywood, simply place your keys in a labeled envelope and drop them in the after-hours drop box, or hand them directly to a team member during office hours. Be sure to set up your refund account in the portal ahead of time (Payments > Wallet > Refund Account), so your security deposit can be returned smoothly.

You're welcome to move out of Maywood early, but please note you'll remain financially responsible for rent through the end of your lease term. If you have roommates staying behind, be sure to lock your bedroom door after you move out.
